We make sure that each clothing item is examined once  at our shipping facility and repackaged in a clear shipping sleeve to add extra protection during shipping. This sleeve keeps your product safe inside the poly mailer while traveling to you. 

Refund Policy

 WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS. 

Customers are responsible for all shipping cost if items are returned.

All Items returned must be unworn, unwashed, and must have tags attached.

 Pink Lady Pearls is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

Please know that if issued a store credit all sales are final after store credit has been used.
