If you are not satisfied with your merchandise you may return your item for Pink Credit (store credit). Credit will be processed as an e-gift card and sent via email. Our gift cards have no expiration date.

Customers are responsible for all shipping cost if items are returned.
All Items returned must be unworn, unwashed, and must have tags attached.
Pink Lady Pearls is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

- If you are not satisfied with your merchandise and would like to exchange you may do so for equal value. Exchanges made and items are less than original price may receive Pink Credit (store credit) for the difference.
Merchandise has to be returned within 7 business days from the receiving date.
- Merchandise must be received in order for it to be exchanged.
- We will take full responsibility if merchandise is damaged in transit to the customer.

Local Pick Up Policy
- If you choose to pick up your items at our curb side location you may do so. You must have your order # available at the time of pick up.
- Curbside Pick up # is 757-276-9705 Call or Text when in route or pulling up. Your order will be confirmed and brought to your vehicle..
- Please pick up items during the pick up window which is 4pm-7pm Tuesdays- Fridays, Saturdays 3pm-5pm
- If your purchase is not picked up within 7 days we will contact you to confirm your shipping address and send you an invoice for a shipping fee.
