If there is an issue with your order (something broke, something missing, something wrong with an item you will have 48 hours from the time the package is delivered to message us with the issue at HELLO@PINKLADYPEARLSBOUTIQUE.COM.

🩷Tracking for packages is sent to you from Shopify. If you don't see a tracking number in your email within 2-4 business days, please first check your spam folder, if still not there, send us a message at Hello@pinkladypearlsboutique.com.
🌷🌿Anything that is damaged in transit requires an insurance claim to be made with either
🌷UPS or USPS. We make sure to wrap everything very well with lots of bubble wrap.
🌷We also pay to have all packages insured in case something breaks in transit. We know this is not an ideal situation but it does happen from time to time. We will do our best to help you with the process, but the claim does need to be done by the customer.
