When you comment SOLD, claim an item, or add an item to your cart during a live show or replay, you are committing to purchase that item.
Ghosting includes:
• Claiming items during live shows and not checking out
• Claiming items during replays and not checking out
• Repeatedly allowing invoices or carts to expire
• Ignoring messages regarding unpaid invoices
• All invoices must be paid within the checkout window provided in the app
• Unpaid carts will automatically expire, and items will return to inventory
If your cart expires and you would like to continue shopping with Pink Lady Pearls Boutique, a $15 reinstatement fee will be required before your account can be reactivated.
Pink Lady Pearls Boutique reserves the right to:
• Cancel unpaid orders
• Restrict or remove shopping privileges for repeat ghosting
• Require the $15 reinstatement fee before allowing future purchases
