Defective, Wrong, or Damaged Items

  • If you receive an item that is defective, incorrect, or damaged, we will replace it with the same or a similar item if available.

  • If the product is no longer available, a store credit for the full amount paid will be issued.

Store Credit

  • Store credits are valid for future purchases only.

  • Once a store credit is used, all sales are final and no further returns, exchanges, or credits will be issued.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Pink Lady Pearls Boutique is not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in transit.

  • Customers are advised to keep proof of postage and/or a tracking number when returning items for replacement or store credit consideration.

How It Works

  • At checkout, select Local Pick Up as your delivery option.

  • Orders will be available for pick up at our shipping studio located at:

  • Once your order is ready, you will receive an email confirmation with your designated pick up time.

Important Notes

  • No walk-ins are accepted. Orders must be placed online in advance.

  • Please arrive at your scheduled time. Your order will be brought outside the shipping studio for contactless pick up.
