🚚 Processing & Shipping Times

Ready-to-Ship Items:
Orders for in-stock, ready-to-ship items are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days.

Custom Handmade Pieces:
Custom and handmade orders require additional preparation time and are processed and shipped within 5–7 business days.

Please note that processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

💕 Shipping Rate

We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $9.95.

Orders may be shipped through USPS or UPS, at Pink Lady Pearls Boutique’s discretion.

📍 Customer Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address at the time of purchase.

Pink Lady Pearls Boutique is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping costs may be required before the order can be reshipped.

Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, customers are responsible for monitoring their package and ensuring someone is available to receive it when necessary.

Shipping delays caused by USPS, UPS, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of Pink Lady Pearls Boutique’s control are not considered processing delays.
